岗位职责:

1、Supervise the service of the restaurant.

2、Supervision of standards for passenger facilitiesservices.

3、Be attentive to guestsresolve their complaints where possible, reporting all incidents to your Supervisor

4、Maintain detailed knowledge of menu, including daily specials 

1、监督餐厅的服务。

2、监督客用设施和服务的标准。

3、周到的为客人服务，并尽可能解决客人的投诉，向上级领到报告所有事件。

4、对菜单有具体的了解，包括每日特价。

岗位要求:

1、 Have the ability to solve problemstrain 

2、 Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage,related field.

3、 2 years related experiencean equivalent combination of educationexperience.  Supervisory experience preferred.

1、具有解决问题和培训的能力

2、酒店管理，餐饮或相关专业的大专学历及以上。

3、相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
